One person is in hospital, and charges are expected to be laid, all following a two-vehicle crash in Kitchener.
Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) said it all happened on Aug. 20, when emergency services were called about the crash on Queen Street, right near the Highway 7/8 eastbound on-ramp.
“A female driver of one of the involved vehicles was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries,” said WRPS in a release.
“The occupants of the second vehicle were not injured.”
While few details have been released around the circumstances of the crash, WRPS has stated that it’s continuing to investigate the incident, adding that “charges are anticipated.”
