
'E-scooters are not toys': Footage released of e-scooter on Kitchener expressway
Footage has been released by Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) after an e-scooter was seen moving at high speeds across the expressway in Kitchener. The dashcam footage shows a person riding the scooter and speeding between vehicles as it entered the busy highway from the Ottawa Street North off-ramp. It then headed south down the expressway and approached the flyover, which splits the Highway 8 off-ramp from Highway 7/8.
