Three people are now in hospital after a serious crash on Monday morning in Cambridge
It was around 3:15 when police responded to that two vehicle crash in the area of Maple Grove Road and Beaverdale Road, involving a Volkswagen SUV and a Toyota van.
Earlier reports from regional police indicated that one of those involved vehicles “rolled over multiple times” as a result of the crash.

The driver of the Toyota, a 29-year-old Cambridge man, was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver and a single passenger from the involved Volkswagen, identified as two youths, were also injured. Both youths sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation into the crash closed the intersection of Maple Grove and Beaverdale for several hours, though police confirm that closure has since been cleared out.
It’s unclear at this time if police expect to lay any charges.
