Waterloo regional police expect they’ll be laying charges after a serious crash in Cambridge that sent a Kitchener man to hospital.
It was on Thursday evening around 10:45 p.m. when officers responded to that crash in the area of Kossuth Road near Cober Road in Cambridge.
Details are limited, though police say that crash was between a man on an e-bike and a Toyota motor vehicle.
The 24-year-old Kitchener man on the e-bike was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the Toyota, identified as a 57-year-old man, was not injured in the crash.
The crash and police investigation did bring a closure to the area, though that has since been lifted.
