Three youths are now in hospital following a serious crash in Kitchener’s Doon South area.
It was just after 3 in the morning on Sunday when police were called to the area of New Dundee Road, near Reichert Drive, for multiple reports of a grey Nissan Altima that drove into a hydro pole.
Police said that crash resulted in serious injuries for three 17-year-old boys.
The driver of the involved vehicle was taken to an out-of-region hospital, while the two passengers were transported to local hospital.

That crash also resulted in a closure on New Dundee Road, between Robert Ferrie Drive and Dodge Drive, to allow hydro crews to conduct repairs. That area has since been reopened to traffic.
