A Kitchener man is now facing several charges after allegedly exposing himself to trick-or-treating youths in that city.
It was around 11:20 p.m. on Halloween night when police received a report of an ‘indecent act’ that had occurred earlier in the night in the Parkvale Drive and Bianca Court area of Kitchener.
According to the investigation, a pair of youths were in the midst of trick-or-treating when they were approached by an unknown man that exposed himself to them. Those youths fled the area and contacted their parents.

The suspect was arrested the next day on Nov. 1 without incident.
A 27-year-old Kitchener man now faces charges of indecent act, indecent exhibition and exposure to a person under 16.
